Spry Society is a research-driven aesthetic and wellness clinic founded by women in medicine, where every treatment is intentionally selected for real, lasting results — not trends.

Our approach is rooted in science and designed to support longevity, helping women and men look, feel, and function at their best over time. We go beyond surface-level beauty, focusing on confidence, vitality, and well-being from the inside out.

Meet Our Founders

Co-Founder

Vivianka Lavin

Vivianka Lavin is a certified clinical researcher, educator, and healthcare entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in medicine, clinical research, wellness, and aesthetics. She is known for her commitment to evidence-based care and innovation across the health and beauty spectrum.

For the past decade, Vivianka has served as the Academic and Research Group Director at the Multispecialty Academic, Medical and Research Group and Science Connections with several facilities across Florida, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. In this role, she also acts as the lead investigator in a wide range of multispecialty clinical trials.

In 2022, she co-founded Spry Society, a modern aesthetic and wellness clinic based in Doral, Florida. There, she brings her expertise in research and regenerative medicine to create personalized, science-backed wellness and aesthetic treatment protocols that support graceful aging and holistic well-being.

Co-Founder

Maria Olivera

Maria Olivera is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, clinical investigator, and entrepreneur with a strong foundation in both hands-on nursing and research-based healthcare. She has dedicated her career to integrating wellness, aesthetics, and community advocacy into a compassionate, evidence-driven approach to care.

Since 2015, Maria has served as the Research and Development Director and Clinical Investigator at Science Connection, a multispecialty research center with multiple facilities throughout Florida, Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic. In this role, she leads and supports clinical trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas, bridging research with real-world patient care.

Her passion for aesthetic medicine and personalized wellness inspired her to co-found Spry Society. At Spry Society, Maria combines her clinical insight with a commitment to research-based care.
